Verify the supporting systems
Gas supply, venting, combustion air, electrical requirements, condensate disposal, chimney conditions, pressure, and water quality all affect whether the equipment can operate as designed.
Test the finished installation
On gas-fired equipment where combustion testing applies, instrumented testing verifies flue-gas performance and gives the technician a measurable commissioning baseline instead of relying on appearance alone.

Do you repair older steam-heating systems?
Yes. Steam systems require specialized troubleshooting. We look beyond the boiler itself at main venting, radiator venting, pressure controls, water level, near-boiler piping, and the connected radiation, because those details determine how well the system heats.
Is a tankless water heater always better than a storage tank?
No. Tankless can deliver continuous hot water, save space, and reduce standby losses, but it may require gas-pipe, venting, electrical, condensate, or water-treatment changes. A properly selected tank-style water heater can still be the best value in some homes.
Can you convert my home from oil heat to natural gas?
Yes, when natural gas is available to the property. A proper conversion can involve utility coordination, equipment selection, gas piping, permits, venting, removal or decommissioning of old oil equipment, and final startup of the new gas-fired system.
Why is combustion testing important?
A flame can appear normal while combustion values are outside the manufacturer’s desired range. Where applicable, a calibrated combustion analyzer lets the technician measure flue-gas conditions and compare those readings with the appliance’s service requirements.
Do you provide plumbing repairs in addition to heating work?
