01Who we are

Mr. Tankless, LLC (“Mr. Tankless,” “we,” “us”) provides plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services from our shop at 1682 Springfield Avenue, New Providence, NJ 07974. This policy explains what information we collect through mrtankless.net (the “site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

It covers the site and the calls, emails, and text messages that come from it. It doesn’t cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.

02Information you give us

When you request an appointment, we ask for:

• Your name, phone number, and service address
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• The service you need, how urgent it is, and a preferred date and time
• Any details you write about the problem, and any promotion you select
• Whether you’d like appointment updates by text message

We also receive whatever you share when you call, email, or text us directly.

03Information collected automatically

We use StatCounter to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It records details such as the pages you view, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, your approximate location, and your IP address. StatCounter may set a cookie to tell a returning visit from a new one. We use these reports only in aggregate, to improve the site.

Like most websites, the servers that host the site keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request) to keep the site running and secure.

04Maps, videos, and social links

Some pages include content from other companies, which may receive information about your visit when it loads:

• Google Maps. Our Locations Served page shows an embedded Google map. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to it.
• YouTube. Videos from YouTube don’t load until you press play, and then play in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
• Social and review links. Links to Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube take you to those sites, where their own policies apply.

05How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide service
• To send appointment reminders and updates, by text if you’ve opted in
• To send occasional offers, only if you’ve agreed to receive them
• To prepare estimates and invoices and keep records of the work we do
• To understand how the site is used and make it better
• To protect against spam, fraud, and misuse, and to meet legal obligations

06How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, phone, and text-messaging providers, website host, and analytics provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• With financing or rebate partners, such as a lender or utility, if you ask us to help you apply
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our team, or others
• As part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply

07Text messages

If you check the box on our booking form, or otherwise agree, we may text you at the number you provide about your appointment, and occasionally about offers. Consent is never required to book service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 866-678-2655.

We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

08Cookies

The site itself doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. StatCounter may set a cookie as described above, and Google or YouTube may set their own when you view a map or play a video. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

09How long we keep it

Booking requests are delivered to our team by email and are not stored in a database on the site. We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties and our service guarantee, and meet tax, licensing, and other legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

10How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours and will tell you if the law requires us to.

11Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal or warranty reason
• Stop sending you marketing calls, emails, or texts

To make a request, email contact@mrtankless.net or call 866-678-2655. We may need to confirm your identity first. We won’t treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and you can contact us to exercise them.

12Children’s privacy

The site is meant for adults arranging service for their homes. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we’ll make that clear on the site.
